Our Simple Process

Our simple process is designed to make it easy for our clients to work with us and get the results they need. We start by listening carefully to our clients' needs and objectives

Initial Meeting/Consultation:

This step is crucial for any construction project as it allows the client and the contractor to discuss the project requirements, scope, timeline, and budget. During this stage, the contractor can also provide an overview of their services and expertise to help the client make an informed decision.

Design & Drafting:

Once the client approves the initial meeting, the contractor can begin the design and drafting phase. During this stage, the contractor creates a detailed plan for the project, including the layout, materials, and cost estimates.

Final Approval

Before moving forward with the construction, the client must approve the design and cost estimates. This ensures that both parties are on the same page regarding the project's scope, timeline, and budget.

Contract

Once the client approves the design and cost estimates, the contractor creates a contract outlining the project's details and the terms of the agreement. This document protects both parties and serves as a reference throughout the project.

Plans & Permits

Before construction can begin, the contractor must obtain the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. This process can take some time, but it is essential to ensure that the project complies with local building codes and regulations.

Construction Commence

After obtaining the necessary permits and approvals, the construction phase can commence. The contractor will begin by preparing the site and laying the foundation, followed by the installation of utilities and structural components.

On-Site Meeting with Clients:

During the construction phase, the contractor may schedule on-site meetings with the client to discuss the project's progress, address any concerns, and answer questions.

Site Inspections / Walk Through

Throughout the construction phase, the contractor will conduct site inspections and walk-throughs to ensure that the project is progressing according to the plans and specifications.

Completion/Handover

After the construction is complete, the contractor will conduct a final walk-through with the client to ensure that everything is up to the client's satisfaction. Once the client approves the project, the contractor can hand over the keys and provide any necessary documentation, such as warranties and maintenance manuals.
